- The procedure writes
valueas aDATETIME-TZvalue, adding default time and time zone information:- If the message might be consumed by an application in a different time zone from that of the sending application, the 4GL programmer must ensure that the receiving application can interpret the value correctly.
- The format of the
DATETIME-TZvalue is a subset of the ISO8601 format.- An error is returned if the Unknown value (
